1 Thessalonians 4:15 For this we say unto you by the word of Yahveh, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of Yashua shall not prevent them which are asleep.

1 Thessalonians 4:16 For Yashua Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of Elohiym: and the dead in Mashiach shall rise first:

1 Thessalonians 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet Yashua in the air: and so shall we ever be with Yashua.

The most significant assembly of all became the annual convocations outlined in Lev 23 and in Num 29.

The  first day of the seventh month (Tishri) marked the beginning of the time for national (Repentance) , Culminating ten days latter on the day of atonement. Sounding the Trumpets was the signal to begin preparing for that coming Judgment day. For that reason, in early times this feast was known as (Yom Teruah) day of the trumpet sound. This day had some specified burnt sacrifices by the Priests, but for the people it was simply to be a time of rest and introspection, initiated by the blowing of the trumpets.
